About the event
An hosted by Vito Cicala from Puglia's A-Mano winery. Wine makers Mark Shannon and his partner Elvezia Sbalchiero have revolutionised the style and claibre of Primitivo, turning it into one of Puglia's most talked about grape varieties. Focusing on sourcing the very best grapes available and crafting high quality modern styles for 18 vintages means that they are the big innovators in Puglia and Primitivo production.
