Casarena Winery Tasting

Casarena is thrilled to be both custodians and interpreters of the distinctive terroir of Luján de Cuyo in Mendoza. The winery, originally built in 1937 and beautifully renovated in 2007, proudly stands in the heart of Perdriel. As single vineyard specialists, they craft an exciting range of varietal and blended wines from four incredible vineyards – Jamilla (which surrounds the winery), Lauren, Owen, and Naoki – spread across Perdriel and Agrelo. These certified sustainable vineyards are a vibrant tribute to the area's diversity. Each vineyard boasts different elevations, sun orientations, and soil compositions, enabling winemaker Agustin Alcoleas to create wine profiles that brilliantly highlight the unique character of each vineyard.

No surprises that the tasting will be Malbec heavy, but there will also be a sprinkling of Chardonnay, Cadernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
