About the event
I love a good pork pie. It would be my desert island food. But my over (culinary) love is wine, obviously. So with the help of new local buthchers Turner of Rishworth, I'm going to put together a tasting that I've been wanting to do for a long time now.... An evening of pork pie and wine.
We'll be tasting our way through 5 delicious pork pies and I'll be matching them up to some tasty wines. An evening of pure indulgence from my point of view but one that promises to be as fun as it is tasty.
As an added bonus we'll have Martin, owner of Turners of Rishworth, joing us to guide us through what makes these pork pies so delicious.
5 pork pies, 5 wines, 2 hosts and my idea of culinary heaven.
